Community tips and investment advice posted by other users are not endorsed by WealthCircle. We are not responsible for the accuracy or consequences of following user-generated advice.
Investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. WealthCircle is not responsible for investment losses resulting from your decisions.
WealthCircle offers the following paid subscription plans:
A subscription gives you full access to all WealthCircle features, including bank connections, financial health score, goal tracking, community access, perks marketplace, and AI-powered insights.
New users may receive a limited-time free trial period. During the trial, you have access to core features at no charge. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. We will notify you before your trial expires.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You authorize WealthCircle to charge your payment method on file at each renewal date. We will notify you before any price changes take effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account profile or by contacting Support@wealthcircle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then and will not be charged for the next period.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at Support@wealthcircle.com.
All content, features, and functionality on the Service (including text, graphics, logos, software, and design) are owned by WealthCircle or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
"WealthCircle" and associated logos are trademarks of Fulfillment and Logistics Solutions LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting Support@wealthcircle.com. Upon deletion:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to:
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Florida (or remotely via video conference).
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Continued use of WealthCircle after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WealthCircle. They supersede all prior agreements or communications.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver in one instance does not waive the same or other rights in the future.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor company.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and WealthCircle.
WealthCircle is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, etc.).
